My husband and I both have regular colonoscopies, my biggest flex these days is reading and comparing our bowel reports . I always get “excellent bowel prep” 🤩🤩, he gets “ average “ . No gold stars for you buddy

Hey gurrrllll. Congrats on some answers! I’m a nutritionist and here are a few unsolicited observations: ibs-c is a collection of symptoms it’s not a diagnosis, slow motility, constipation etc is a sign of methane dominate SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) it also occurs with gastritis.
