@donya.dardmand: I had so many different dress options, and I’ve been lucky enough to wear many beautiful evening gowns over the years. Looking back, I probably would have chosen something a little more summery, especially for a wedding on an island. But I had this deep wish for my parents to look at me and think, “She is the most beautiful bride.” My dress was definitely chosen in a way that I knew they would love & honestly, after all the years they spent raising and supporting us, I felt they deserved that. In a way, it’s their day too.
