NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH XTEINK!! I paid for my device in full on July 12 after the website stated a standard shipping time of 7–10 business days, with no indication that it was a pre-order. Instead of receiving my order, I watched the shipping date get pushed back multiple times without a single email explaining the delay. I repeatedly contacted support asking for an update, but my messages eventually went unanswered. Meanwhile, my social media was full of influencers reviewing devices they received for free while paying customers were left waiting with no communication. If you’re considering buying from this company, keep in mind that this was my experience. And yes, today is July 30th and I still don’t have my device!

It’s very nice but definitely hard to download books! Almost every book I wanna read I can’t download it bc it has DRM the e reader doesn’t support it. I feel like I wasted my money lol
