u need an oral Solution not topical ones my guy . The scars will be inevitable though . I prefer you consult a dermatologist for it i didn't consult i just did what anyone shouldn't do and consumed one a day at my own risk . You can get it as acnetret or sotret . Not encouraging everyone to hop into accutane but hormonal needs oral medication and non harsh face wash to go with or else the skin dries up . Only used upto 20mg cause low dosage without consulting or else it too has side effects . The first week might get worser but after that will be wallahhh. Also Use topical tretinoin starting with 0.025% to get of the marks and improve the acne scarring slowly . Moisturize with non greasy moisturizer and use a tinted non greasy sunscreen .
