@christian.grossi: Can you believe there are no real people working This is the the Henn na Resort & Spa Kansai Airport hotel. This place is wild, starting with robotic dinosaurs receptionists, they have a Japanese onsen and a gym. However if you have tattoos you are not allowed to use the spa or Suana which is a very common and frustrating rule in Japan. Also the gym you have to pay an extra fee to use which I also found to be kind of common in Japan.
