@onthebestlist: cheap + healthy granola recipe with those gigantic clusters 👇🏽 INGREDIENTS 4 cups oats 1 tbsp chia seeds, optional 1/4 cup hemp seeds (can sub for another seed or nut) 1/4 cup coconut flakes 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 cup dried cranberry, apple, etc. 1/2 cup melted coconut oil (113g) 1/4 cup molasses (85 g) 1 tsp salt (7g) 1/2 cup maple syrup (160g) 1 tsp vanilla DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients minus salt - oats, seeds, coconut, cinnamon. 3. Mix wet ingredients plus salt in medium bowl. 4. Pour wet into dry ingredients. 5. Pour into parchment-lined baking sheet - use a spatula or spoon to create an even layer. 6. Bake 10 minutes then stir and press down again. Bake another 10 minutes. 7. Remove and cool without stirring for at least 45 minutes. 8.
