@desijohnsonn: Happy Olympic Day 🤍 Today I wanted to share a glimpse of the journey behind achieving my lifelong dream. What you see on the Olympic stage is often just the finish line. What you don’t see are the surgeries, the injuries, the setbacks, the tears, the doubt, and the countless moments where giving up would have been easier. Sport has pushed me to my limits in every way possible. It hasn’t been easy, and there were times I wondered if this dream would ever become reality. But every challenge taught me something. Every setback made me stronger. Every obstacle forced me to adapt, grow, and keep moving forward. Most importantly, I learned to keep smiling, even when things were tough. Standing on the Olympic stage was a dream come true, but the journey to get there is what I’m most proud of. Because that’s where resilience is built. That’s where character is formed.
