Guys this is happening because 3G is being shut down and the phone being too old isn’t able to understand the new signals so it doesn’t know what else to do with the signals so it just ends up ringing u and the number 444 is showed because it’s a standard short code for certain GSM tasks like updating your sim card, and the random symbols like @%% or different symbols that are showing is because of a simple decoding error where the phone tries to give the “incoming call” a caller name because the tower sends codes in hexadecimal code in which the phone tries to find characters to set as the name. the beeping is NOT a secret code, but the carriers computer trying to talk to the SIM card so that’s basically why this happens.

It's just when there's some kind of connection problem and your phone is too old and simply can't pick up any signal anymore. This also happens on phones without a SIM card, so don't worry. The symbols are just a bug; it's not a hacker, it's just your phone being too old.
