Their agreement is in refuting the mutakallimin for saying shape and magnitude is mukhassis and thus hadith, yet rambam uses the same critique that a mujassim can say the miqdar of god is necessary as it isnt mukhassis But both differ because rambam fundamentally contradicts himself by saying the necessary existent is free from miqdar and shape, affirming divine simplicity. I dont see how you proved anything, if you read dalaltul hayreen and understood rambams kalam youd know he differs with ibn taymiyyah at the conclusion
