After all, think about it. If the price continued to move with each purchase, institutional investors would end up fighting one another for a base operational volume of XRP. If they purchased XRP in a manner that would not grossly affect the price they could continue purchasing without a significant impact upon investment. Then inn the future they could agree on institutional use of XRP and agree on a stable valuation of the XRP in relation to the volume of money they already move.
