Haaland is a great example that nutrient dense food matters. Nobody builds a world class body on ultra processed food. In my opinion the food industry makes more money from selling processed products than real food while natural foods like meat and organ meats are constantly criticized. I believe we should ask why more and more of our food is being processed while public health keeps getting worse. Maybe the problem is not real food but an industry that profits when people stop eating it.
