I am in the middle of learning this and, from what I can tell, it is almost like a full-time job. I am an Infrastructure Engineer, so I see the advantages of AI, especially in compliance frameworks, but the initial setup has been a beast

I agree, but I think people should go through these steps. You learn a lot doing it and most importantly you learn how to adapt in an ever changing system.

This is so true! It is imperative to build the infrastructure and goals. I started with a simple proof of concept, built that out end to end (it took awhile with troubleshooting 😅) but now my system is stronger because of it. Context is important for understanding me as a user and how I work/my preferences, but it won’t come up with genius ideas and know what to do. You as the user need to have the ideas and brainstorm with AI.

yes. this is organized as a "constitution". mine is made up of skills and framework based on my worldview, a distortion framework to keep things neutral temove bias / limit assumptions, and skills on how to interpret context and respond.
