I think that’s exactly how it feels like to be an only child. I felt like my plushies were my only friends and the only ones who understood me and they made me feel like I wasn’t alone, even though I felt alone all the time. They gave me the love, warmth and security I never really got in my life by just existing. In my head they were always alive . I always took care of them and made sure none of my plushies felt neglected. I looked after them as if they were my own children. I slept with them every night in my arms and covered them so they wouldn’t get cold. I’ve had many lonely nights, but I’m grateful that my plushies were always by my side 🤍

I still keep 4 of my teddies about my pillow...I'm a 27 adult. that little girl never leaves... my teddies have always listened with no judgement... they've never left me.... they stay.. thats my why...
