If the facts are clear and someone is wrong, then they’re wrong. But why does recognizing that automatically require me to become involved? I can condemn bad behavior without making myself part of the drama. Not taking sides doesnt always mean supporting the bully. Sometimes it just means refusing to insert yourself into a conflict that isnt yours to manage🤷🏻♀️

In the corporate world we sometimes choose to stay neutral &support our friends silently behind the curtain bcs corporate world is not alwys a place to be a hero.. at the end of the day we all hv families to feed food to put on the table n bills to pay 🫠 (but outside the office we must stand up for our friends) 💖
