it's literally one of my biggest pet peeves! And I don't bite my tongue about it! With that being said, no excuses for that behavior, but for some it could be exhaustion. not just from being over worked or seeing the same faces, but also the fact that our resources are dwindling down in the city and making it extremely hard to help. they go for the best outcome. who would have the high chance if going thought the place and stay in half way house. but that only because some people it take over 100 time to get clear. the people who work and help people to get clean is not easy they see the wrost part of people life and help them try to get clean people have the right to be mad. they know so many people who they get try safe. don't taken it out on the working people who try it the system medical. make it hard for people but temple hospital have a place to help people get off drugs and alcohol on the 3 floor. people are allowed to have feelings if they didn't. and people who come off drugs are not nice
