I have a mythical NPC called instantamous. He’s a wizard and has various merchants selling his magic items. But they’re all, iffy. Ring of instant water breathing fills the user’s lungs with water at no action. Wand of instant fireballs casts fireball at no action cost centred on the tip of the wand. Etc etc.
