@thekitchendiaries1: Egg fried rice Ingredients: Oil 2 tablespoons 2eggs (a pinch of salt ,pepper and yellow food colour ) Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons Chicken boneless 1 cup (optional ) Salt 1/3 teaspoon Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspooon Red chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon Chopped carrots 2 Chopped Capsicum 1 Chopped cabbage 1 cup Green onions chopped 1/2 cup Salt 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder 2 teaspoons Chicken powder 1 teaspoon Soy sauce 3 tablespoons Vinegar 1/2 tablespoon Chili sauce 1 tablespoon Boiled rice 1/2 kg Method : Take oil in pan and scramble eggs with mentioned spices and food colour and separate them after they’re cooked .
