Yh I hear it but it's difficult when you cut from 25-30% bf to 12% over 6 months. Idea of even going near 15% low-key scares me 😂. But you are correct, at this bodyfat I really cannot progressively overload on a cut/maintenance no more.

I don’t understand why people saying “bulking is vaulted” i was 100 pounds sophomore year, i bulk all the way to 210 i was fat and ugly, but when i did my cut, i didn’t realize i put good amount of tissue.

I've been lifting for 4 years I'm now 160 at 20% at 5'7 pretty much lvled off and it has paid off not one cut ever and I can reverse curl 50 lbs with ez curl bar for reps I guess that's good. Embrace the bear.

Do you think it makes sense that I entered a recomp phase after being a deficit for four months and realizing I might not have enough muscle to look how i want? Everyone preaches get lean first but I feel like if I get too lean it’ll be harder for me to build muscle.
