Even if they're at the right age,if Anita wants to still be close to her parents, she'll choose her family. She loves her family. She'll be miserable even if they will be together but she's not gonna see her family. It's okay that they didn't push this longer cause it will hurt more if in the future they know they're still gonna break up.
