Modern plugs come properly gapped with protective sleeves in the box.

modern Day spark plugs are made of iridium and our pre-gap. You will damage them if you try to gap them and cause them as fires.

Who uses a coin to set plug gaps? And plugs come gapped. I check every plug before I install them and can’t remember the last time I found a plug that wasn’t perfectly gapped from the factory.

They are supposed to be pre gapped but always check the gap and ohm them

At this point the car just adjusts the timing in the ECU to make the engine fire appropriately. Gapping spark plugs is meaningless.
