@theoneeighthitalian: GARLIC PRAWN PIZZA BOAT Garlic slow roasted to perfection paired with prawns on a 48 hour pizza dough, what’s not to love? ⬇️⬇️ Slow roasted garlic Garlic oil Fior di latte Parmigiano Prawns Chilli flakes 🔥 Baked in the Ooni Koda 2 pro @ooni.anz @oonihq The dough ⬇️ 65% hydration 3 flour combo 85% Saccorosso 10% Semolina 5% Tipp 1 - After kneading rest on bench for 30/40min (I form a rough dough by doing a few lifts and folds) - Ball your dough, I usually ball around 270g for pizza and 150/170g for pizza boats and mini pizzas - Cover and rest the dough balls for a further 30/40min then straight into the fridge - I keep them in the fridge until 1/1.5 hours prior to stretching and baking.
