I'm feeling more pressured to eat protein as an adult than I felt to use drugs as teenager

600 cal x 3 times is 1200. Stop saying you need 300 cal meals

Not to be a hater, they look delicious and maybe they are healthy, but i checked some of the videos in his page and they are almost all high 600/700 kcal which can be ok for some diets but are definitely not low calorie meals..

People eating 300 calorie dinners, that’s why you end up binging! I’m 5’2 and naturally burn about 1600-2000 calories depending on the day. 600 IS reasonable for your largest meal of the day

I noticed a lot of people in the comments saying they need every meal to be around 300 calories, but there really isn't a number that works for everyone. Your calorie needs depend on your body size, activity level, age, goals, and many other factors. For most adults, eating three 300-calorie meals a day would mean only about 900 calories total, which is extremely low and usually a sign that something isn't right with your approach. The exception might be someone in the final stages of physique competition prep under professional guidance, and even then it's typically only temporary and carefully monitored. The Fitness Paradigm by Leon Tervin really changed the way I think about this. Instead of chasing arbitrary calorie targets, it encourages understanding what your body actually needs so you can fuel it properly while still making progress.

when people want high protein meals but then complain about 600/700cals per meal… are you guys okay???? that’s pretty good for 50g protein per meal. 300cals per meal isn’t ideal or healthy for someone active…

That's great for the gymbros that don't care about being healthy, but can we do recipes that are like 30ish g of protein and have a decent amount of fiber?
