I studied in France in the late 90s. none of the dorms or restaurants had AC. it was warm in the summer, but manageable with windows open and a small fan. the country doesn't have the power grid support to even have AC

heat hack in Texas. stay hydrated fans in the windows to pull air through. window unit ac if you got it. cool rags or ice chests in front of the fan. stay strong hope it cools off for y'all soon.

I’m so sorry my Europeans friends. You really might want to look into AC or other building cooling methods. I know in some countries they have architectural designs that can cool buildings without AC, but I don’t know if they only work in certain climates or not.
