@itskatiesheehan: Oh my God, am I angry. This is the rant of all rants. In 2026, how are we still having these conversations about patient care in UHL? Last night, the way my mother was treated was simply not okay. And sadly, I know so many people can relate to this. Ten years ago, I spoke out publicly about the treatment of my grandmother while she was on her deathbed. Ten years later, nothing seems to have changed. How is that acceptable? We deserve better. Our parents deserve better. Our grandparents deserve better. Every patient who walks through those doors deserves dignity, respect, and proper care.
