I have gone to nhs 2 interviews and passed all.One of them even took my references and offered letter.At the end they called to cancel the offer due to sponsorship.I am fed up with this.Why are employers doing this to us.Previously nhs employ people outside uk ,pay for plane tickets,accommodation,etc .NHS will not pay for accommodation,tickets for those of us here yet they are refusing to employ.Why ,what did we do wrong.Now ,those of us in uk getting job has been very difficult.This is stressing me.
