@broccoli_mum: I’m turning SWEET POTATOES into your favourite COOKIES for 20 days… 🍪🍠 day 1 was double chocolate day 2 was salted caramel day 3 was macadamia & white chocolate so today… I went for strawberries & cream 🍓🤍 this one is SO good soft, squidgy, slightly creamy in the middle with little bursts of strawberry throughout it actually tastes like a proper dessert cookie 😳 for this one I mixed: homemade soy yogurt (you can use store bought) strawberry vegan protein powder (or sub for vanilla + maple syrup) fresh strawberries and then finished it with a drizzle of white chocolate 🤍 same base as always — smashed Japanese sweet potato (sweeter, more dense, almost cake-like) and honestly… this is exactly the kind of thing I ate while losing 66lbs sweet, filling, and actually satisfying I didn’t expect this series to get this good this fast 😂 what flavour should I try next?? 👀 drop your ideas below 👇
