I had this as an infant and the dr told my parents would it affect me mentally or physically or both. Fortunately I’m “normal.” Although I did struggle the first 4 years of school but that was because I spoke Navajo and learning English was hard! By 5th grade I was able to read and comprehend English like I’ve never struggled.
