I’m 6 months and I physically CANNOT do the school runs in this heat I it’s a 10 minute walk there and back and i genuinely feel like im going to faint on them, don’t know how im going to carry on🥲

I’m working 12 hour shifts in care home tomorrow and Thursday and it’s supposed to be even hotter. I’m genuinely concerned about the risk of it affecting me and my pregnancy.

My big one has had an hours training in a sports centre this evening 🥵 we then went to Morrisons which was lovely but I have hospital tomorrow and we all know how hot they are 🥵🥵😭😭😭 it’s rough over here in twin world 😭😭 xx
