@stalkers.canada: Rafiou Sow of Conakry, Guinea, is under investigation in his home country in connection with the stabbing death of Rachelle Wrathmall in Lennoxville, Quebec, after remaining at large for nearly 20 years. Wrathmall, 31, was found stabbed to death in her family home in 2007. The case received renewed attention following a recent La Presse investigation. The Sûreté du Québec considers Sow the prime suspect and believes he left Canada shortly after the killing. He has never been charged in Canada and denies involvement.
