Mix together 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. 2. Beat 3 eggs in a separate bowl. 3. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. I usually spray the tops with a little bit of avacado oil. 4. Air fry at 400°F for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through. 5. Cook protein pasta according to package directions. 6. Add about 3/4-1 cup cooked pasta to each meal prep container. 7. Top with marinara sauce. 8. Slice the chicken and divide evenly between the containers. 9. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over each container. Meals like this are proof that you don’t have to eat bland, boring food to reach your goals. 🤍 Save for your next meal prep! ✨
