@aplussocials: Your video flopped. But your lighting, your face, and your editing style weren't the culprit. The culprit was your hook, or the lack of one. Specifically, your text hook. I learned this the slow way. I made 183 videos at $25 to $45 before it clicked that the footage was never the thing hooking the viewer in. Your text on screen is meant to complement what you're saying out loud. Pair those two with a visual hook, and you've got a hook trifecta that stops people in their tracks. Between you and me, hooks take me the longest to create, because they're the most important part of any video. You can be the best editor in the entire world, but if your hook sucks, no one is going to watch. Which is exactly why not spending time mastering your hooks isn't an option. Comment HOOKS and I'll DM you my master list of 500 hooks you can start using right away #ugc #ugccreator #ugccontent #usergeneratedcontent #ugccommunity
