I'm willing to bet the pit bull didn't know... buuuuuutttt the cop also didn't know if the pit bull intended to be a danger and a threat, so it's sad but not surprising.

That cop must not know anything about dogs bc he was being playful, there was no danger there. The dogs should've been on a leash but that dog was not behaving aggressively at all.

Completely outrageous. That dog was happily galloping not charging. No growling. No aggression. A human will be on the receiving end next and it won’t be justified either. Sickening. I would have sued too
