It happened to me. The new system they have shows if something wasn’t scanned. I accidentally forgot to scan something and it wasn’t intentional. Yall be so quick to say what people are accusing you of instead of taking accountability

Just happened to me last week, I had the correct item count so I didn't realize I scanned the rotisserie chicken twice but didn't scan the strawberries, I had to go to customer service 😩
