@ryanwaidtattoos: I’ve had clients tell me “I want to start a sleeve..but I don’t know everything that I want yet.” That’s totally fine. You don’t have to plan every single detail out from day one. Some people have a full theme in mind from the start. But honestly, most people’s sleeve ideas develop over time. The most important decision to make from day one: Do I eventually want this to be a full sleeve? When that’s the plan - every piece of your sleeve can be created with that intention in mind. Even if the individual designs are not necessarily related, you can still make your sleeve look cohesive by working with the same artist, and committing to one style. Every project happens when on its own timeline. I still have room in one of my sleeves, because I’m still thinking about what I really want to get.
