Before cancer took my mom, she craved hot chocolate from the coffee shop I work at and she wouldn’t eat anything at all. And would barely drink so I started sneaking protein in her hot chocolates and she’d say “this is the best hot chocolate you’ve ever made” 😂

As a former oncology nurse . When my inpatient patients wanted pizza, a burger , anything that was available off unit I would get it for them . Our unit provided us food vouchers to get them they’re craving instead of the trey meals they served . I loved satisfying their cravings ♥️

right before my mom passed she wanted a diet coke and a nacho bell grande from Taco Bell. I went inside told them this may be the last thing she ever ate. they made me the most absolutely perfect taco bell grande I've ever seen. she took like two bites but I hope she enjoyed it.

My dad only wanted Kraft Mac and cheese. Anytime he doesn’t feel well, that’s what he wants and craves. It has become such a comfort meal for me

When my sister is going through chemo, this was life. If she had a craving, then I made sure she had everything she ever wanted. Because in a blink of an eye, she wasn’t hungry.

When my grandmother was dying I remembered us having root beer floats as a kid and her eyes lit up. I made her one every day and that’s all she would eat leading up to the end. I still smile when I have one and think of her ❤️

My mom is a two time survivor and the first round of chemo I lived with my parents and I remember the knocks at 2am asking if I wanted nachos and I went every time because she needed to eat
