Rice Sheets Shrimp- peeled and deveined Sriracha mayo Scallions Salt pepper Please one rice sheet down, place one shrimp on top, add salt / pepper to taste, place a second rice paper sheet on top of the shrimp and lightly pound the shrimp flat. Then drop into very very hot oil until completely puffed, less than 30 seconds and remove… Drizzle with Sriracha, mayo and scallions and enjoy! #latenight #latenightsnack #shrimp #ricecake
