My only issue with this is how it’s going to look for Austin. Ginny made him lie of Gil. Yes, Gil is a terrible person but Austin grew to love him. And now SHE gets to have her dad half the time and he doesn’t, and he’s already very angry with her. Paul is not going to be in the picture as much either. 😂😂 Gil wouldn’t even be in the picture if Ginny didn’t decide she knew better and sent those letters.

I’m glad Georgia got out of prison, even though the way it happened felt messy and morally complicated, especially with Paul and the legal system involved. But deep down, I think Georgia still struggles with the idea of sharing Ginny with Zion. It’s not that she doesn’t respect Ginny’s connection to her father it’s more that Georgia has always been very protective, almost possessive, when it comes to her kids. For Georgia, Ginny isn’t just her daughter, she’s someone she fought for and sacrificed everything for. So letting another parent step fully into that space, especially Zion, brings up a lot of insecurity and fear of losing influence or closeness. At the same time, Ginny has her own voice now, and she wants a relationship with Zion. That puts Georgia in a painful position where she has to accept something that doesn’t feel emotionally easy for her, even if she knows it might be the right thing for Ginny.
