I for about a year or two thought my pc mic was terrible. turns out windows changed my mic setting during a update that changed where they kept the microphone settings. I also COULD NOT find the settings white the search at the bottom of my screen, had to hunt it down

I've honestly just been uninstalling microslop updates whenever it forces them. 😭 The most recent security update made the start button stop working for me.

Yeah....streamer here. I went live the other day and didn't know they forced this slop. Chat kept saying I sounded weird but I figured they were just bullying me. Saw another video on this and checked and YEP it was enabled. Ugh.

I had to figure this out on my own when I noticed while analyzing the noise in reaper to filter it out, it wasn’t showing me any kind of wave (when I should have). I turned that shi- off so fast, noticed as well on audio 🙏
