This is what helped me...I went through an excruciating season when the Lord showed me that my resilience turned into resistance. This happens unexpectedly and seemingly all at once. Why does this happen? Because we guard our hearts for far too long. Doing exactly what you described. Taking the hits, dealing with the weight, and thinking it wasn't holding on to me. So Lord, in Jesus' name, lift up every soul, every heart, and help them to release the burdens You never meant for us to carry. I allow ppl to be and do what they whether be and do to see what they rather do and be and move accordingly. I stop internalizing someone else's choice to be a reflection of who I am but who they choose to do and be. Therefore there are no hard feelings.

I am learning the same thing. I am 60 years old and learning within my family network. I have been lying to them in order to keep me at peace but I’m suffering, but until God had revealed to me that I have to stay in on my character in my conduct I’m beginning to see and beginning to open up and realize when you overthink to satisfy others you suffer. Thank you for reminding me as well as others that we have to be truthful even though I traumas a situations have put us in a Bad Place. God will reveal it, and that is real be done.
