This is why I prepared for this and bought a AC last year even if it's getting used for a week or two for the whole year , it's still worth it as my house turns into an oven it's crazy and if you have a slight high BP it makes it worse, UK is getting warmer at some point everyone should get AC trust me it's needed.

I’m in California and we don’t have AC, yes 90 degrees is hot and uncomfortable. I do feel for you guys because I know it’s not something you’re used to. But it sounds like maybe you should start putting systems in place for summer because it seems to be happening more often to you.
