I have ddd's, they definitely slip out the bottom a little after some movement and stretching out a little from washing. Definitely size down. I still love it as an easy throw on top.

In the Army wayyyyy back when, I had to double my sports bras because they only had certain approved ones. This made me think I could double up, then I remembered it’s 2026. So that would be a daily tank.

if you like having the inserts, you can try lining them up where you want them and adding a couple stitches (liner to the inside piece, stitches in the "corners" of the inserts)

I literally tried 2 other built in bra tank tops before I found these and I LOVE them. I’ve got 3 colors and I’ve had to stop so I’m not just one note. But I’m so happy I found them. They tuck in everything.
