usually ginagawa ng EN dito SG ay ang mag insert ng idc/ngt, ecg, mag imc, simple wound dressing, sa ibang facility nagtetake bloods sila, na hindi ginagawa ng mga healthcare assistant. Pero meron na ring mga advanced hca ngayon na may ibang task na sila na same ng EN. Ang SN all around work..

I think it depends po kung what type of institution you work with...Nursing home vs. hospital has different set up po where in EN can serve medications sa NH as long as you pass the competency assessment of the institution...While in hospital i think hinde po tlga allowed magbigay ng gamot ang EN lalo IV meds....just sharing po😊
