I made this entire peach crumble in my @Cuisinart MultiClad Pro Stainless saucepan — cooked the peaches right on the stovetop, then straight into the oven (oven-safe handles = everything). Peaches: * 4 cups frozen peach slices * 3 tbsp granulated sugar * 1 tsp vanilla * 1 tbsp arrowroot flour + 1/2 tbsp cold water Crumble: * ¾ cup rolled oats * 1/2 all-purpose flour * ¼ cup packed brown sugar * ½ tsp cinnamon * ¼ tsp salt * ¼ cup + 1 tbsp melted butter Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375°F 2. In Cuisinart Stainless Steel saucepan over medium, cook peaches, sugar & vanilla until thawed and bubbling (around 8 mins) 3. Stir arrowroot with cold water, pour into peaches, stir 1 min until thick & glossy. Spread even. 4. Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon & salt. Stir in melted butter until clumpy. 5. Scatter crumble over peaches, keeping some big clumps. Drizzle remainder 1 tbsp butter on top. 6. Bake 25–30 min until golden & bubbling. 7.
