@lastairbender222: UPDATED WORKOUT ROUTINE/ DIET‼️❣️⭐️ you guys alwaysss ask so although not much has changed, here’s an updated look at my workout split/what my training will be looking like & how i plan on eating to feel my best ❣️❣️🫶🫶 been traveling for the past month & doing what i can… this trip has been such a good reminder that fitness is sm more than weight. honestly, i think i’ve lost weight while traveling idek 😭 buuut i definitely don’t feel as good as i do when i’m consistent with my habits. i miss being consistent in the gym, movement, & eating my foods etc. it has never just been about soley how i look. showing up everyday genuinely makes me feel sm happier, confident, and just more like myself. so yasssssss ive had smmm fun but i also actually cannot wait to get back into a solid routine & take u guys w me 😘😘♥️♥️👏👏
