@wealthmotley: 260% returns can be the fastest way to lose money if you buy for the wrong reason. This is where many beginner investors get caught. They see one Nigerian ETF up 140%. They see another Nigerian ETF up 260%. Then suddenly, everybody wants to “enter before it is too late.” But that is not investing. That is performance chasing. Before you buy VETBANK, VETINDETF, any Nigerian ETF, S&P 500 ETF, tech ETF, dividend ETF, REIT, or individual stock, you need to ask better questions. What is inside this ETF? Is it diversified or concentrated? Which companies are driving the return? Is the growth coming from banks, cement, infrastructure, industrials, dividends, currency movement, or market hype? Can this performance continue? What risk am I actually carrying? And does this ETF fit my portfolio? Because VETBANK and VETINDETF are not the same thing. VETBANK gives you exposure to Nigerian banks in one basket. So if you want banking exposure, dividends, earnings growth, and exposure to the Nigerian financial sector, that may make sense for your strategy. VETINDETF gives you exposure to Nigerian industrial companies like cement, chemicals, building materials and infrastructure-linked businesses. So if you believe industrial growth, construction and infrastructure can keep running, that may be the more aggressive play. But higher returns can come with higher concentration risk. That is the part people skip when the chart is looking sweet. They only ask, “Which one went up the most?” Grown investors ask: What is inside it? What risk am I taking? How concentrated is it? What role does it play in my portfolio? Would I still want to hold this if the chart stopped looking exciting? That is the difference between chasing returns and building wealth. Inside the Wealth Motliplier Bootcamp, I’ll teach you how to compare ETFs properly, understand holdings, concentration, risk, returns, fees, sectors, and when to buy. Comment CLASS if you want to stop buying ETFs blindly and start investing with a proper plan. #WealthMotley #VETBANK #VETINDETF #InvestingInNigeria #NigerianStocks
