@thesameerproject: Here in Jabalia, illness is not just a health crisis - it can become a death sentence. The nearest hospital is approximately 45 minutes away, a journey that is often impossible for the wounded, the chronically ill, children in distress, or those caught in a medical emergency. That is why The Sameer Project opened Al-Tawbah Clinic. Today, it is the only clinic serving this neglected area. Every day, a team of 12 doctors, specialists, nurses, and a dentist work tirelessly to care for approximately 250 patients. They treat chronic illnesses, infections, injuries, malnutrition, minor surgical procedures, and dental conditions. When emergencies arrive, our team stabilizes patients and coordinates urgent transfers through an ambulance available to us through Gaza's Ambulance Services. For many families, Al-Tawbah Clinic is the difference between receiving treatment and receiving none at all. The Sameer Project needs at least $2,100 every day for medications and medical supplies alone.
