it's not just about giving up, there's so many battles that you have against your exhaustion, goals, mentality, strength etc.. but the most exhausting battle out of all them is your mentality and the "I got to win" which leads to an overload, Gohan kept fighting the androids even if he knew he wouldn't win. the true strength is to go even further beyond but that isn't always the case remember if anyone is feeling tired or overworked just know that you did a good job, pushing yourself over your limits even when your tired. that's your true strength so get some rest as much as you need but don't give up like Gohan
