@moofyalgaita001: Arewa kune kuka badamu 💔📌🥲 I normally do not respond to people who build their content on insults and stereotypes, but some statements deserve a response.@Tunde Ednut @VDM Saying that Hausa people or Northerners can only sell suya, work as security guards, or repair shoes is not only ignorant, it is an insult to millions of hardworking Nigerians. Every region of Nigeria has its professionals, business owners, teachers, doctors, engineers, lawyers, entrepreneurs, farmers, security personnel, and leaders. It is unfair and dishonest to label an entire people as terrorists, bandits, or kidnappers because of the actions of criminals. Crime has no tribe, religion, or region. Good and bad people exist everywhere. The North has produced scholars, military officers, academics, innovators, governors, ministers, judges, and successful business leaders who have contributed immensely to Nigeria’s development. To ignore all of that and reduce millions of people to stereotypes is not criticism—it is prejudice. If we truly want a better Nigeria, we must stop promoting tribal hatred and division. We should challenge bad governance, insecurity, corruption, and injustice wherever they exist, instead of attacking innocent people because of where they come from. I am proud of my heritage, proud of my people, and proud of every honest Nigerian working hard to earn a living with dignity. No tribe should be mocked for honest work, and no ethnic group should be blamed for the crimes of a few. Nigeria needs unity, understanding, and truthnot hatred disguised as content. #StopTribalism #fyp#RespectEveryTribe #NorthernNigeria #viralvideo

A quick, nutritious, Mediterranean-inspired vegetarian stuffed peppers filled with protein-rich lentils, greens, and fresh herbs, perfect for meal prep. Ingredients: - 4 large bell peppers (any color) - 1 cup dry green or brown lentils - 2 cups water - 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped - 1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned, no added salt) - 1/4 cup crumbled low-sodium feta cheese - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil - 3 cloves garlic, minced - 1 small onion, finely chopped - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons hemp seeds (optional, for extra protein) - Salt and pepper to taste (use minimal salt or omit) Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Cook the lentils in water until tender, about 20-25 minutes. Drain excess water if necessary. 3. While lentils cook, prepare the peppers: cut the tops off and remove seeds and membranes. Set aside. 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 5. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes. 6. Add cooked lentils, chopped spinach, diced tomatoes, dill, and parsley to the skillet. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. 7. Remove from heat and stir in feta cheese and hemp seeds if using. Season with pepper and a pinch of salt. 8. Stuff each bell pepper with the lentil mixture, pressing down gently to fill. 9. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish. Drizzle the tops with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil. 10. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender and filling is heated through. 11. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve. #Recipe #cooking #foodtiktok #homemade #EasyRecipes #DinnerIdeas #mealprep Save this for later!
