Maybe I should share my Experience about my 2gr engine here, maybe I can see someone to enlighten me first of all they have never lose my Engine before the problem I’m facing rn is that whenever thay scan my car it always complains about spark plug number 1 misfiring because it’s always have oil shortage they change all my spark plugs to short plug, the misfiring stop but whenever I accelerate to 60 or 80 my check engine start blinking but if I was on average of 40 it doesn’t blinks one mechanic said I’ll change my engine that’s it’s weak another mechanic says I don’t have to change the engine so I’m in between making the decision of rigging the engine or buy new engine… if you’ve ever been in this position before please enlighten me 🫶🏻❤️

I was scammed on this with my Avalon engine when blocked catalyst spoiled it. When my Benz developed issue and I was looking at 750k engine, my Benz mech told me to buy skeleton for 300k, when we coupled everything the car moved like I just buy toks. I still sold the old engine for 100k. I dey worship my mech like he's a god.

oga you giving wrong advise the best way is to buy complete engine once mechanic opened your engine it can never be okey as befor,,they may not couple the engine very well,

There’s a lesser tendency of dealing with engine misfire as it’s already a complete set-up already(Coils and nozzle inclusive) after installing a complete engine compared to a “borale” engine, Especially if you battled serious misfire issues on the previous engine….

You get brain and you SABI the business, I bought borale last year at Oyinbo (Star Boy) I am still enjoying my engine. I added gear box, alternator, compressor etc from the old engine
