1. you save money from buying an ac: yes 2. you save on the bill: no, the fridge has worse heat exchange ratio than ac, so your freezer works a lot more to cool water than your ac to cool air 3. is it healthy: no, melting ice condensates water from the air and your walls will become wet and mouldy 4. if the freezer is in the house the same amount of cold that will be used to freeze the water, the same amount of heat will be released from the compressor. 5. is it a good idea for 1-2 days of a heatwave: yes 6. can you use it for longer: no

it's takes around 40-50kg ice AN HOUR to have enough energy to cool down your hole room and I hope your freezer is outside because the energy used to cool down the ice is released inside your home heating it

Transfer would be shit lol , even if you used an Exchanger for efficient heat transfer , there’s like 50w/h cooling there . You CAN go almost free cooling by digging down a long pipe and using earth cooling. Very efficient

the freezer is taking the heat out of the water and dumping it into your kitchen. then you're sucking the heat back in during the day to melt the ice. It works if you have nice cold outdoor temperatures at night so you can flush hot air out with open windows. Where I live it reaches 20°c outside at about 4am and then starts heating up again and hour or two later so you don't really get the chance
